PT Mastratech Indonesia is looking for a skilled and dedicated Hydraulic Hose & Fittings Mechanic to support our operations in East Kalimantan. This role is ideal for candidates with strong technical knowledge in hydraulic systems and hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities

As a Hydraulic Hose & Fittings Mechanic, you will be responsible for:

  • Assembling hoses and performing hose assembly installations.
  • Conducting hydrotesting for hose assemblies and iron threading processes.
  • Operating and maintaining crimping machines properly and safely.
  • Maintaining, repairing, and inspecting hydraulic systems and components to ensure optimal performance.
  • Performing routine maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
  • Installing hydraulic equipment, including cylinders, pumps, valves, hose cutting, and crimping.
  • Ensuring all work is performed in compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE/K3) standards.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Minimum education of Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent, preferably from a relevant technical major.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as a mechanic or operator.
  • Good knowledge of hydraulic systems, hoses, and fittings.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with colleagues.
  • Honest, responsible, disciplined, and highly committed to safety.
  • Willing to be placed at project sites / mining sites.
