PT Mastratech Indonesia is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales professional to drive business growth and strengthen strategic customer relationships across Kalimantan. This role is ideal for a sales leader with strong B2B industrial sales experience, excellent relationship management skills, and a passion for delivering customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing long-term and strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs, then leading solution development efforts to provide the most suitable solutions.
  • Building long-term partnerships with procurement and maintenance departments within customer organizations.
  • Developing effective sales strategies for assigned market channels.
  • Achieving annual sales objectives in terms of volume, profitability, and business growth within the allocated budget.
  • Meeting both personal and team sales targets while driving consistent revenue growth from active customers.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team and cross-functional departments, including Product and Operations/Services, to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identifying, evaluating, and pursuing new business opportunities to support company expansion.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews, providing feedback, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Technical, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably as an Account Manager or in a similar role.
  • Existing network within industries such as mining or oil & gas is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent sales planning and forecasting capabilities.
  • Proven ability in cold calling, customer visits, product presentations, and negotiations.
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Possess a valid driving license.
  • Willing to be placed in Kalimantan.
