PT Mastratech Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR & GA Supervisor to oversee and manage the company’s Human Resources and General Administration functions.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives while fostering a positive, productive, and compliant work environment. You will also ensure the smooth execution of general administrative operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Analyze HR trends and key metrics to provide data-driven recommendations that improve employee engagement and organizational performance.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
Employee Relations
- Serve as the primary contact for complex employee relations issues and provide professional guidance and resolution.
- Mediate employee conflicts and grievances fairly and objectively to maintain a healthy work environment.
Performance Management
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development planning.
- Provide coaching and support to managers to strengthen performance management capabilities.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to improve employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitiveness and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis to maintain a competitive compensation structure.
HR Policy & Compliance
- Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Stay updated on employment laws and labor regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
General Administration
- Supervise general administrative functions, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and office supply management.
- Ensure workplace facilities are properly maintained and compliant with health and safety standards.
Employee Engagement
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
- Conduct employee surveys and evaluate feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Human Resources and General Administration, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and labor regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is an advantage.
