Ground Engaging Tools (GET)
Buckets and Ground Engaging Tools (GET) represent one of the highest ongoing expenditure items on earthmoving equipment. The performance, productivity and efficiency of loading and excavating machines are all directly affected by the bucket and its components. A complete line of Ground Engaging Tools, including teeth, adapters, cutting edges, side cutters, end bits, ripper shanks, shanks guards and scarifier shanks are available.
Undercarriage Parts
Track Links are of deep hardened boron steel material and are specially heat-treated to ensure consistent surface hardness. High quality metal is used to enhance wear resistance, strength and durability for unmatched sealability. All pins and bushings are dimensionally matched to the links to provide excellent track joint integrity.
The inner surface of Track Rollers is hardened to maximise reliability to meet various ground conditions. Quality seal is used to ensure lifetime lubrication to extend roller’s life, allow reshelling and lower operation costs. Outer surface is hardened for long life and excellent seal ability. Rollers’ shell of Carrier Rollers are forged using high quality steel to enhance durability and reliability.
Our Sprockets and Segments provide long wear life, resistance to bending, breakage and maximum hardware retention. High quality metal is hardened to improve wear resistance and lessen downtime. The bolt-on design reduces replacement time.
Our Idlers are designed for long life and low maintenance costs. High quality seals are used to ensure continuous lubrication. Special heat-treat processes help to ensure proper hardness levels and provide wear resistance.
