Belt Cleaner Systems

The use of the right belt scraper is the decisive factor in the effective and safe function of conveyor belts. MATO belt cleaners provide just that - efficient cleaning power, a long operating period and quick maintenance are the outstanding properties of MATO belt cleaners.

The unique concept of MATO belt cleaners is that they are made up of several cleaner blades working independently to the contour of the belt. This ensures even blade pressure across the full face of the head drum. MATO belt cleaners are well suited for anything from low to high-speed belts and are fully compatible with MATO mechanical fasteners for quick repairs. The multi segment of the belt cleaner system is a cost saving feature allowing users to move and change out the cleaner blades when needed with costs efficiency.

Belt cleaner accessories include spring tensioned assemblies that allow for constant tension to be applied on the cleaner unit, catering for blade wear or greater movement for the blade surface on the head drum. This reduces the maintenance frequency for adjustment. The patented MATO Uni Mount assemblies cater for the free floating design of the belt cleaner as well as an adjustment mechanism to allow the cleaner to work on various belt speeds. The Uni Mount assembles will also allow self adjusting of the unit for blade wear.
